Applying many Research Methodologies (Interviews, UX Honeycomb, GROW model, Benchmarks, Adoption curve, creating PERSONAS, Customer Journey Maps). Creating and developing new innovative opportunities and goals in order to reach maximum value of a design solution and developing a Blueprint for the Traveling Service Design.

 

The developed solution was about redesigning the whole Traveling Experience by redesigning and modifying the interface of a traveling App, making it more useful, credible, desirable and valuable to the user.

 

THE CHALLENGE

How might we entice the regular leisure travelers to manage their travel experiences (booking flights, changing itineraries etc) using a mobile App.?
